Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation of Your Registrations for Workshops :
a) before 48 hrs from the time of the workshop - 100% refund.
b) within 48 hrs before the workshop - 75% refund.
Product Returns :
Please call us within 3 days of delivery in case the product does not match the description as shown on the website or is delivered in damaged condition. We will schedule an exchange or pick-up for return, as per your confirmation, on the coming Saturday.
Refunds :
Refunds for cancellation/returns will be processed within next 3 working days of your request via a NEFT transfer.
If you wish to collect the cheque, please visit our office between 10:30 am to 5:30 pm Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
